Calligraphy & Lettering

Traditional pen and ink calligraphy allows for highly expressive and customized lettering for place cards, envelopes, gift boxes, and holiday cards.

No surface is safe with lettering where ordinary items can be transformed into something magical. Plastic surfaces as well as champagne or liquor bottles can be lettered on to be personalized.

Engraving

Make a more permanent impact. Hand engraving can be done on glass, metal, stone, and some plastic materials. Engraving Ideas include fragrance bottles, compact mirrors, glassware, and wine or liquor bottles.

Hand engraving is done with a micro drill. This tool is small enough to fit in a hand-bag. Engravings typically take 1-4 minutes to complete depending on length of request.

Leather Heat Foiling

Heat foiling and leather debossing is applied using a pyrography (heat) tool. Colored heat-reactive foil is used to apply color.

This service can be completed on soft porous materials like leather. Heat foiling is perfect for personalizing luggage tags, passport covers, wallets, and notebooks.

Bottle Painting

Painting can elevate almost any surface. Each floral illustration will be different which makes each item truly unique. Lettering can be combined with bottle painting to personalize a client’s name along with florals

FAQs

  • No. Since event needs are vastly different I do not provide the item being personalized.

  • I will need a table and chair. At least 24-36 inches of working space. A 4 foot table is ideal. The only service I will need access to an outlet/power source is heat foiling.

  • Send an email to hello@lettercraftedink.com with all your event details OR scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out the inquiry form.

  • Calligraphy, lettering and engraving take about 2-4 minutes per item depending on the length.

    Heat foiling takes about 3-5 minutes per item

    Bottle painting takes about 5 minutes to paint and about 10 minutes to dry to the touch

    Depending on the volume of the event, multiple additional artists may be necessary. I have coordinated multi-artist events before so please reach out for more info.
